Questions

What does the per-sale fee cover?

Our cut: a small percentage plus 25¢ per sale. Stripe’s own card processing fee (roughly 2.9% + 30¢) is charged to your Stripe account separately, the same as on Stan, Gumroad and Shopify. Minimum product price is $3.

When do I get paid?

Each sale moves to your own Stripe account at the moment of purchase, minus our fee. Stripe then pays out to your bank on its normal schedule, usually two business days.

What happens if my card fails?

Your store stays live for three days while you update it. After that it pauses until you do. Nothing is deleted.

Can I switch plans?

Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing period.

Is there a free trial?

No. Your store is private until you pick a plan. You can set everything up first and pay when you’re ready to go live.
